1000% agree on the backlit addition, why isn’t this a thing?

FYI, I like the comfortable seat so much, I contacted Rogue to see if they offered the seat as a standalone purchase. I have a Titan spin bike with a tiny, bone-jarring seat. They sold one to me and now my spin bike workouts don’t feel so painful. Great customer service!

The Schwinn is setup for the handles and pedals to be reciprocal; contralateral flexion/extension for upper and lower extremities, conducive to “normal” gait. The rogue’s handles and pedals perform motions ipsilaterally; flexion of upper and lower extremity on same side and extension of upper and lower extremity on the opposite side, conducive for “abnormal” gait.

Rucking is when a person in the military moves his or her gear in a backpack. When you enlist, your first “encounter” with rucking (or ruck marches) will be in basic training. The goal is to ruck 12 miles (or 19 kilometers) in three hours. Usually, the load will be 35 pounds, but it also depends on the type of load.
