I can’t comment if they won’t last as long – as I’ve only had both a few weeks. The Knit is still pretty tough, it’s not a soft, sock-like knit like Nike uses on FlyKnit. That said, the Grit upper is definitely going to be longer lasting – in regards to abrasion of the upper. Honestly the knit doesn’t feel less stable to me either, because it’s all on the top of the shoe.

Exterior dimensions seem to be the same, but it feels like there is SLIGHTLY less room in the Nano X1. That said, I’m very happy with the Size 11 I bought – which is the same size as all my Nano X (I have several pairs).
