Let’s take a look at the Pritchett Pad for Rogue Monster and Monster Lite Racks.
The Pritchett Pad is created in collaboration with Strongman Legend Jerry Pritchett. It is manufactured in the USA using a 3×3” 11-gauge steel arm and a tapered pad design that enables better freedom of movement. The Pritchett Pad gives you an innovative and space-efficient way to do chest-supported rows.
Here’s some of the styles we are going to look at:
Pritchett Pad for Rogue Monster and Monster Lite Racks – Overview
The Pritchett Pad is a small adjustable rack attachment that ships fully assembled, unlike other chest-supported landmine row machines that take up a lot of room and come with costly shipping costs. The pad extends 33” out from the mounting upright once locked in. The arm is supported with two gussets, and UHMW plastic is included in the mounting channel to avoid metal-to-metal contact. A built-in handle is also provided with machined UHMW plastic for easier installation.
The Monster Pritchett Pad is designed with the Rogue Monster Landmine 2.0 or a similar rack-mounted landmine attachment in mind (sold separately). The unique clasp design needs no extra hardware or detent pins. Just slide the pin into a preferred 1” hole on your existing Monster Series rack upright and lower it into place. Chest-supported rows have benefits such as ease of unnecessary stress on the vertebrae and shoulder joints, so you can lift more reps and heavier weights without the injury risk of unsupported rows.
The pad can also be utilized with a post landmine or for dumbbell rows, barbell rows, and more. The Monster Pritchett Pad also comes in Lite. The difference between the two is that the Pritchett Pad doesn’t need a detent pin, while the Lite version comes with one for the pad height adjustment. You can do this by simply sliding onto an existing Monster Lite upright, then securing it with the included detent pin.
