A competition bench is created to meet all competition specifications. It is an upper-body exercise that increases the strength of your chest, shoulders, and arms and is popular among bodybuilders and Crossfitters. It also improves bone health and gives you crazy strong triceps. The movement is consists of setting up, grabbing the bar, unracking, lowering the bar, and pressing.

Rogue Monster Lite Competition Bench – Overview

The Monster Lite Competition Bench offers a new patent-pending Rogue design, emphasizing 3×3” 11-gauge steel tubing (as well as 3/8″ and 1/4” flat plate where needed), completed in a medium gloss Black with bright zinc hardware. It is a stand-alone bench press station made in the USA with a set of ML J-Cups. The set of Monster Lite J-cups is given for comfortable racking of any standard barbell and the uprights are spaced 43” apart.

It is heavy-duty (158 LBS) and compact (57.75” height, 53.5″ x 49.5″ footprint) at the same time and applicable to a small garage gym or a large high school/college/pro weight room. The bench has a height of 57.75” and has a Rogue-branded plastic caps on top. There is also a set of stabilizing base tubes with rubber feet to help strengthen the structure and restrict any movement or imbalance when you train. The uprights highlight the same Westside hole spacing and laser-cut numbering as Rogue’s full-size rig/rack counterparts, enabling various add-ons and customization options.

The Monster Lite Competition Bench is easy to customize with beneficial, compatible add-ons, from a set of band pegs (which can be used with the 5/8” holes of the base tubes) to quality-built Spotter Decks and Safety Spotter Arms.
