Here’s the newest training shoe from UA – the Project Rock 4 Training Shoe.
The new Project Rock 4 Training Shoe is part of the Project Rock collection that also includes the over-the-ear training headphones and other game-changer gear available for men, women, and youth. Everything in this collection was personally approved and recommended by Dwayne Johnson, the hardest worker in the room.
Here are some of the styles we are going to look at:
Project Rock 4 Training Shoe – Overview
The silhouette of Project Rock 4 Training Shoe is the same as the PR3 with a sock-like mesh upper and Under Armour’s HOVR energy return foam and grippy TriBase outsole. The PR4 is made to meet the demands of Dwayne Johnson and highlights full-length UA HOVR foam and mesh Energy Web that has been somewhat uncaged to give back more energy in every step.
The UA TriBase technology boosts ground control and forefoot flexibility, driving critical plyometric movements. At the same time, the new design of the medial and lateral TPU midfoot straps provides ultimate lockdown during even the most strenuous workouts. The PR4 intends to be a functional trainer useful for heavy lifts and short, critical athletic and cardio work.
It has a lightweight, breathable engineered mesh upper with stretch and structure where you need it and has a plush knit collar that provides maximum comfort. The UA HOVR™ technology renders ‘zero gravity feel’ to keep energy return and helps reduce impact. The compression mesh Energy Web holds and shapes UA HOVR™ foam to give back the energy you put in, while the external TPU heel clip helps support the heel for dynamic movements.
