Let’s Look at the soon-to-be-released FIDAB-2 Adjustable Bench from Get RX’d.
This new training bench option is exciting – because it is affordable, but somehow Get RX’d has managed to cram every feature you’d want in a garage gym bench into this product.
Sure, you can use the floor when working out, but if you want a simple and efficient way to exercise various body muscles minus the pain of the hard floor, a weight bench is the right equipment for you.
Get RX’d introduces the latest in the evolution of weight benches – the FIDAB-2 Adjustable Bench. Created with 7-gauge and 11-gauge steel for supreme stability, the FIDAB-2 Adjustable Bench is loaded with more features than the earlier versions of adjustable benches.
Here’s some of the options we are going to look at:
FIDAB-2 Adjustable Bench – Overview
With FIDAB-2, the options are endless with the various adjustments you can do as well as the attachments you can use. There are 4x seat positions and 7x back positions: 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 85 degrees. When not in use, you can simply raise the padded pull handle and store the bench vertically to save space. When stored vertically, the bench is only an 18″ x 20″ footprint. It has urethane-covered back pad handles and nylon protection in seat and back ladder areas to restrict metal to metal contact.
Another highlight of FIDAB-2 is its dumbbell rack, where you can quickly access your dumbbells for seal rows or use them in increasing the stability for high-angle decline movements. It provides an even heavier base for high-angle decline exercises. The bench pad is made with ultra-high-density, fully recycled foam that won’t shrink and lasts longer. The width of the seat pad is 12.5″ while its thickness is 2.6″.
The Leg Roller Attachment enables you to use the bench in a decline position. Steel guards shield the wheels to decrease damage from heavy use. Get RX’d used the same steel throughout the frame as the Titan Rig series to create the most durable benches that can endure loads upwards of 1,000 pounds. The improved non-slip cover presents the extra grip you need for heavy bench days. Compared to the previous models, FIDAB-2 Adjustable Bench has a more stable base when used as a decline bench. When stored vertically, it can add dumbbell holders for assistance with seal rows and has the ability to add Leg Roller Attachment for use as a decline bench.
FIDAB-2 Adjustable Bench Review – In Summary
That’s our review of the FIDAB_2 Adjustable Bench from Get RX’d.
With FIDAB-2 Adjustable Bench, you have the ability to store it upright to save space, add dumbbell holders for seal rows, add Leg Roller Attachment for use as decline bench, have a minimum gap between seat and back pad, and have ultra-high-density recycled foam padding covered with non-slip covers. It can be used to do various exercises such as core exercises, push-ups, bicep curls, etc., making it the perfect workout equipment for people who prefer to workout in the convenience of their homes.
