Here’s what we found:

One of the best features of Nike Savaleos is its flat, wide base—the same as the design of the Romaleos. This feature delivers superior stability to provide you protection when you are carrying heavyweights.

This shoe is lighter and multi-functional, making it ideal for lifting and workouts, as it also has the durability and versatility of Metcon. It has only one fastening strap (instead of two) to minimize the shoe’s weight and has a 12-15mm lower drop than Romaleos.

It is lighter and quieter than other weightlifting shoes with a lower-pitched sound and less clack. This new shoe from Nike bridges the gap between weightlifting and WOD and can be worn every day.

Nike Savaleos New Colorway – Overview

Nike Savaleos is a great entry-level shoe for anyone involved in Olympic weightlifting. It is developed for max stability on the heaviest lifts, with a hook-and-loop strap that locks down the midfoot and a raised heel for remarkable balance. This shoe will make you confident during lifts with its wide toe box and a hook-and-loop strap that keep your foot locked down.

The flat, wide sole makes a stable base under pressure, while the stiff midsole structure provides exceptional power transfer from the ground. It also includes a padded mesh inset at the heel for breathability and impact absorption and a padded tongue and collar with “Nike Weightlifting” branding.

Not only does it excel in weightlifting, but it also has the versatility to get you through the rest of your workout—be it burpees, squats, high knees, or mountain climbers. It has a 15mm effective heel height and now comes in new colors of Gray Fog/Clear Emerald/Total Orange.
