The Project Rock 5 – training shoe:
Project Rock 5 Training Shoes – Overview
The Project Rock 5 Training Shoe is ideal for casual cross-training, recreational lifting, athletic-styles sessions, and short runs. It is a well-rounded training shoe with a durable engineered mesh upper that is lightweight and breathable with stretch and structure where you need it. The upper is now locked down in place without the need to always adjust it, giving you more time to focus on your training.
The forefoot is surrounded by more durable and scratch-resistant mesh, with synthetic overlays around the midfoot and boot built with quality. The UA TriBase™ maximizes ground contact, promotes natural motion, and provides flexibility to grip during lifts. You will no longer have issues on any surface, whether on rubber gym floors, turf, or wooden platforms. It also gives you a good base for doing squats, deadlifts, standing shoulder presses, and more.
The molded TPU heel-to-midfoot strap stabilizes and locks down your heel while allowing forefoot mobility. This is an improvement from the previous model, which can break around the boot because of abrasion. The heel slippage is eliminated and now fits true to size. The shoe uses responsive UA HOVR™ cushioning that lowers impact, returns energy, and helps push you forward. Project 5 Training Shoe has a revamped outsole structure and a cut at the midfoot, giving more accent than the earlier version.
