Nike’s best cross training shoe for 2019 – the Nike Metcon 4 – is still available online via Rogue Fitness. But, if you want a pair – you’d better get them quick. They are not making them any longer after the launch of the Nike Metcon 5 earlier this year. The Metcon 4 is an outstanding, light-weight cross training shoe.
