The Fat Gripz One is an excellent option for athletes with smaller hands or those still developing their grip strength, as it is a half-inch thinner than the standard Fat Gripz model. It measures 1.75” in outside diameter and is made from a military-grade compound similar to heavy-duty rubber.
The beveled ends provide a secure fit on most bars (including curl bars), creating the same benefits as a thick axle bar. This durable but lightweight grip attachment can also be used with dumbbells, cable attachments, exercise machine handles, and resistance bands to expand the diameter of the grip and sharply increase the activation of the biceps and forearms during each workout.
