From Fringe Sport:
Curl Barbell – Overview
Get those toned, defined arms you’ve been dreaming of when you use the curl barbell properly. It is smaller than a standard bar, has a cambered “W” shape, and makes your wrist slightly rotated for a unique grip. The angled shaft offers distinct hand placement to target different muscles with the same movement.
The angled shaft also provides a more natural and relaxed grip when lifting weights, lessening the tension on your joints. The curl bar weighs 30 pounds with a 1000lb weight capacity. It has two-inch diameter sleeves, so you can utilize the same weights you use on your standard Olympic barbell.
This bar measures 54.5 inches long, and the sleeve measures 2-inch in diameter with a 9.8-inch length loadable space. The sleeve has a Chrome finish, and the shaft that measures 28mm in diameter has a black zinc finish. The curl bar has a lifetime warranty against the manufacturer’s defects.
