Equipment needed:
- Rings
- Pull-up bar (Masters 55+ and scaled divisions only)
- Concept2 rower (MUST be a Concept2!)
- Medicine ball of appropriate weight for your division
CrossFit Open Workout 20.5 Strategy and Tips Guide
Here’s some 20.5 tips and tricks to get your best score possible:
- Pre-chalk the rings.
- Since this is a “for time” workout , be sure the rower is setup so you can get in and out quickly. You will want to partition the reps most effectively (see next tip.)
- You can partition the reps any way you like – so switch moves to keep your work rate as high as possible. But, do not perform max sets on the wall ball or muscle up to fatigue or failure – keep it conservative.
Good luck!
