Let’s take a look at Hyperice Vyper 3. It’s now available from Rogue Fitness.
Whatever kind of exercise you do, whether it’s dancing, running, cycling, or lifting, you can greatly benefit from a vibrating fitness roller. It is a great tool for warm-up or cool down and an easy and efficient way to increase circulation and reduce pain.
There are two versions you can get now, from Rogue:
Hyperice Vyper 3 – Overview
Fitness rollers have become more effective because of vibration. This vibration helps prepare your muscles for a challenging workout or cool down after your yoga class. With a vibrating fitness roller, recovery is faster with increased blood flow and oxygen, so your muscles can get ready immediately. It also helps in injury prevention by sending blood and nutrients to your muscles and helping them relax. A vibrating fitness roller has different intensity settings, so anyone, whether young or old, can use this tool safely and effectively.
Hyperice produces innovative products that help relieve tension, unlock sore muscles, and prime your body and mind to be at your best. The Hyperice Viper is one of these innovations. The Hyperice Vyper provides increased flexibility, reduced pain associated with myofascial release, improved circulation, faster recovery after a workout, and decreased muscle soreness and stiffness.
Hyperice Vyper 3
Compact, portable, and easy to use, the Hyperice Vyper 3 highlights a revamped, contoured structure created from durable and eco-friendly polypropylene, with rubber bands for greater stability every roll. This roller helps loosen up muscle tension and knots through its high-intensity vibration. The three-speed settings give you the power to customize your warm-up.
The Hyperice Vyper 3 is powered by a high-torque 34W motor also optimized for comfort, restricting pressure on the spine and susceptible areas. The German-engineered structure is TSA-approved, and the included lithium-ion batteries provide two hours of use per charge. When connected to the HyperIce App, the app automatically merges your physical and digital activity to complete an experience entirely customized to you.
Hyperice Vyper 2.0
The Vyper 2.0 is updated with a new “dual-zone,” smooth-and-grooved shell, and three high-intensity frequency settings. It is an innovative vibrating fitness roller that is compact, portable, and easy to use. This special massaging tool can be 2x as effective in helping you to warm up efficiently before a workout and vigorously recuperate afterward. The Vyper 2.0 is one the most effective vibrating rollers on the market, keeping foremost amplitude and G-force even when body mass is indicated.
The digitally-controlled vibration frequency can be set at 45 Hz, 68 Hz, or 92 Hz, making the Vyper customizable to the preferences of almost any athlete. The new German-engineered polypropylene exterior is eco-friendly and TSA-approved, and the included lithium-ion batteries deliver two hours of use per charge.
