Rogue now offers the Rogue Manta Ray Adjustable Bench – and it might make a great addition to your home or garage gym.
If you loved the Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0, you’d now have a longer list of Rogue benches that you’ll love. The Rogue Manta Ray is streamlined with fewer parts yet offers more configuration options than any other Rogue bench, with five seat positions and ten back pad positions! It also comes with a wider pad.
New from Rogue Fitness:
Rogue Manta Ray Adjustable Bench – Overview
The new ladder-style internal adjustment system of the Manta Ray Adjustable Bench delivers a clean aesthetic with fewer parts than the Adjustable Bench 3.0 but with more incline/decline positions. The seat angles can be adjusted to -20, 0, 10, 20, and 30 degrees, while the back pad angles can be adjusted to 0, 20, 30, 37.5, 45, 52.5, 60, 67.5, 75, and 85 degrees. This gives you 50 different possible configurations, with laser-cut markings specifying each angle position in the steel tube.
Rogue also designed a new front foot construction with a shape like a manta ray to keep the benefits of a three-leg bench design while delivering greater general stability when in the decline position. The round injection molded handle constructed into the front foot makes it easier to elevate and roll the 140LB unit through the enclosed set of superior caster wheels. You can also add an optional removable foot catch to your bench to provide security for your feet during decline movements.
Compared to the 11” on the Adjustable Bench 3.0, the Manta Ray Bench’s soft, durable pad measures 12” and includes a grabber-style vinyl (the same vinyl used on Rogue Thompson Fat Pad) exterior for a secure feel. You can also program your functional presses and arm movements through a full range of inclines without having the discomfort of a disjointed bench. This bench comes with quality rubber feet and a protective UHMW panel to prevent the frame or bench pad from reaching the ground when the unit is held upright.
