Let’s review the new Nike Metcon 7 AMP from Nike.
If you are a runner who adds strength training to your routine, you know that having different shoes is necessary. With the Nike Metcon 7 Amp, no need to have two different types of shoes. You can go straight to your strength training from your run as this shoe is made for comprehensive training, functional fitness, and CrossFit.
Here’s some of the styles we are going to look at:
Nike Metcon 7 AMP – Overview
The Nike Metcon 7 AMP is the gold standard for weight training and is more robust and more stable than previous versions. One of the most significant changes to the shoe is the use of React foam that boosts the support to keep you equipped for high-intensity cardio. Nike React foam makes a comfortable, cushioned base that feels lightweight and flexible when you kick it into high gear for cardio and sprints.
There is also a tab that locks down your laces so you can ignore them if they come untied and focus on your next PR instead. The inner plate of the shoe makes the wide, flat heel gets even more stable and diffuses weight from side to side. It also flexes to make it comfortable for cardio intervals.
The reconstructed rubber envelops your arch for a firm grip during rope climbs. The handstand clip at the heel reduces drag during wall exercises, while the Flywire cables integrate with the laces to tighten your midfoot. The Grooves in the sole allow your forefoot to bend naturally for enhanced friction between the surface of the floor and the soles of the shoes.
Nike Metcon 7 AMP – In Summary
That’s that brand-new Nike Metcon 7 AMP from Nike.
The Nike Metcon 7 AMP comes in new colorways of White/Black/Yellow Strike/Multi-Color that add to the thrill of your workout. It is perfect for heavyweight training and longer training work with barbells, dumbells, and kettlebells. There’s no hindrance in your natural movement with its flat, wide sole because it gives lots of ground feel when lifting.
