Rogue FT-1 Functional Trainer

Inspired by US Navy Veteran and garage gym builder Nick Gills, FT-1’s configuration is set apart by its modularity, and the incorporation of Monster uprights and crossmembers makes the unit compatible with a wide assortment of attachments and accessories. The FT-1 has the same width and storage capacity as a Monster four-tier storage rack while simultaneously providing two fully functional cable pulley stations. This trainer has two precision-built CT-1 Cable Towers, allowing many cable machine exercises like rows, curls, tricep pushdowns, cable crossovers, and more. Each 3×3” 11-gauge steel CT-1 unit is made at Rogue’s Reflex Fitness facility in Iowa.

The 6” aluminum pulleys and 250 LB weight stack are machined in-house. At the same time, the 1/4” cable is created to the same military specs as aircraft cable, jacketed in nylon for exceptional flexibility and durability. The FT-1 comes standard with 43” Monster Crossmembers for linking the two towers. The top cross member includes an MG Black/Rogue Red Monster nameplate with laser-cut branding. There are 16 different height adjustment settings on the 2×2 rail, and the acetal pads inside the handle assembly allow you to quickly move the swivel up and down without damaging the stainless slide tube.
