To add fun while using this rope, use two 6′ ropes by having two athletes grab the ends of both ropes and see who can rip the ropes out of the other athlete’s hands using the same sine wave motion.

Rogue 45′ Sheathed Conditioning Rope
This rope is made from durable polypropylene with an all-weather cover. The rope measures 45 ft in length and 1.5″ in diameter.
The protective cover is folded over at the end to create a grip-friendly looped handle and measures about 3” wide and 10” long from the end of the rope to the end of the loop (when laying flat).
50FT Battle Rope
The 50FT Battle Ropes come in 1.5 or 2-inch diameters, so you can select your level of intensity. You’ll get extreme metcon with the Battle Rope by wrapping the middle around a pole (or squat rack or rig). Grab the free ends and start shopping your arms up and down.
It is made of synthetic fiber for a longer-lasting, more durable battle rope. The 1.5″ battle rope weighs 28 pounds and is an excellent rope for all levels of fitness. The 2″ battle ropes weigh 53 pounds and are a better option for heavier and stronger trainees with good endurance.
Bomba Manila Battle Rope
Proudly made in the USA, the Bomba Manila Battle Rope has rubber grips on site to ensure a proper, long-lasting fit compared to other ropes on the market. It has a 16,000 lb breaking strength, so you can use it for sled pulls of any weight.
They are Grade A 1 1/2″ and 2″ Manila, which means that even though they will shed like all Manila, they will still last for years. If the grips get sweaty, you can hold the rope directly for a reliable grip every time.
Sleeve Battle Rope
The Sleeve Battle Rope is made from 100% pure poly dacron material making it highly durable. A full nylon sleeve covers this rope to decrease wear, while the grippy handles help stop the rope from slipping out of your hands.
