You can use it safely even without a spotter, and you will not need to balance the weights, so you can concentrate only on the lifting. A leg machine also offers versatility, and you can work just on your hamstrings and gluteal muscles or just your quadriceps or just one leg or both.

You can likewise do a compound exercise with a leg press machine and work on various muscles and muscle groups simultaneously. This makes the device a complete lower body exercise. Not only does your leg benefit from leg presses but also your skeleton. It puts increased pressure on your bones when you lift your leg, and as you grow and develop your muscles, your bones grow simultaneously.

The Reflex Front Squat has an 11ga. welded tubular steel structure with powder-coated finish weighing 380LB. It also has pivoting safety stop with a diamond deck and Elastomeric stopper saddle. The Reflex Front Squat includes two sets of weight storage pegs and two sets of handles with comfort grips.

The 6 inches chrome-plated pulleys have cable retainers, and the handles are made of rubber for a comfortable grip. It also has weight band mounts, and 11 inches hardened guide rods.

Reflex Lying Leg Curl

The Reflex Lying Leg Curl measures 72″ (length), 35″ (width), and 71″ (height) and weighs 600 lb.

It is made in the USA with a 250 lb weight stack.

Reflex Hack Squat- Linear Bearing

The Reflex Hack Squat- Linear Bearing has a powder coat finish and an 11ga. welded tubular steel construction. The foot deck is oversized with three adjustable positions, and the 2 inches hardened guide rods have a linear bearing carriage.

It also has 2″ & 3″ high-density foam pads and six bolt-on plate storage pegs. It can have multi-position where main stops can be bolted for taller athletes.

Reflex Standing Calf Raise

The Reflex Standing Calf Raise has diamond plate footrests and optional weight band mounts. It is powder coated and has an 11ga. welded tubular steel construction.

It has a seven-position adjustable shoulder pad arm and 6 inches chrome-plated pulleys with cable retainers. The dual grip handles have rubber comfort grips, and the machine has 2 inches of high-density foam pads.
