Olympic Weightlifting.
Weightlifting is one of the best exercises and one of the most beneficial things you can do for your body. You can use various kinds of equipment when you are in weight training, and all these can benefit your overall health. There are free weights and machines, but both can improve your body in a significant way.
Here’s some of the styles we are going to look at:
Olympic Weightlifting Equipment from Fringe Sport – Overview
There are different kinds of weightlifting equipment, and to name a few, there are kettlebells, dumbbells, body bars, resistance bands, sandbags, slam balls, and barbells. Using barbells can employ various muscle groups, and you’ll be able to do a complete body workout by doing short basic lifts. Barbells develop athletic performance by forcing you to include balance and coordination. They are also affordable, and you can use them in your garage or home gym, especially if you don’t want a crowded gym.
Weightlifting with barbells offers versatility. Just as they are used to build muscles, they are also used to get good cardio. Fringe Sport offers barbells and other equipment that you can attach and include when using them. Fringe Sport is the official supplier to the garage gym functional fitness movement, and they serve the lifters and the WODders.
Color Competition Bumper Plates – Pounds and Kilos
The Color Competition Bumper Plates – Pounds and Kilos have shared similarities and have a few differences in specifications. Both have the standard IWF diameter of 450 mm with a tolerance of +/- 1 mm. These plates have zero bounce with a durometer rating of 90 Shore A and offer maximum toughness with its 7.75″ steel insert width making drops not an issue.
The 50.4mm collar opening fits most Olympic barbells like Fringe Sport’s men’s Olympic weightlifting bar. You can easily differentiate the weights because the plates are color-coded and have raised rubber rims to guarantee minimal friction between plates and increase durability. These plates also have a raised contrast lettering with a matte finish and come with a full-year satisfaction guarantee.

20 Kg Men’s Olympic Weightlifting Bar
The 20 Kg Men’s Olympic Weightlifting Bar is created from the ground up to extend an exceptional lifting experience and is engineered to perform this at an incredible price. It adheres to IWF standards on weight, diameter, and knurl. The knurl is a bit deeper than usual to achieve a bar that sticks to your hands when you want it to but is easy enough for a training day in and day out. There is a center knurl with just the right depth to provide a passive, light center knurl. The steel has a 216,200 PSI tensile strength that is super tough but gentle and whippy. It has a Matte Chrome finish that provides superior corrosion resistance with an almost bare-steel feel. The matte chrome renders less “build up” in finish deposition, giving an excellent grip on the knurl. This bar has four bearing cartridges that provide fast, long spin days.
