Ares Cable Attachment (6-Post Series Pre-Order) – Overview

The Ares Cable Attachment highlights dual weight stacks of 260lbs each (with an option to upgrade to 310lbs per stack) that you can use for unilateral movements. It is a thoroughly integrated, functional trainer and lat pulldown/low row attachment that connects to your current PR-4000 or PR-5000 power rack. It brings more versatility and cable exercises inside the rack while maintaining all the initial functionality.

The trolleys are created with a smooth plastic liner that is easy to adjust up and down with one hand. The hot-rolled steel plates with a machined finish ensure invariant and durable weights that the magnetized pin slides into smoothly. To add versatilty, the front pulleys swivel 180 degrees and operate outside the rack.

The Ares comes with D handles, a footplate for low rows, a connector banana, a knurled hard-chrome lat pulldown bar and low row bar, and four 2.5lbs weights for micro-adjustments. The 2:1 ratio means 100lbs feels like 50lbs and is perfect for functional training. It has a total weight of 965 lbs with a 3% tolerance and a weight capacity of 450 lbs. A metallic black finished cover, with a recessed stainless steel REP logo, features laser-cut windows to see the weights moving.
