AssaultBike Pro X – Overview
Combining the grand features of the Classic and Elite AssaultBike, the Pro X is developed for low-maintenance durability, hi-tech feedback, and fast customization across numerous users. It can be used by a novice, a rehabbing athlete, or an experienced pro training at the highest levels of competition—no matter their sport, body type, or fitness goal. The resistance adjusts to your own output, and the bike’s adjustable padded seat, conveniently placed foot pegs, and supportive handlebar grips make for a smooth, user-friendly ride. When fully assembled, the Pro X weighs 125lb which is in between the weight of the Classic (96lbs) and Elite (139lbs) with a little more compact design than the Elite at 51.73″ L x 24.52″ W x 52.51″ H (compared to 55” x 26” x 55”). There are 11 height settings and six front-to-back settings included standard on the AssaultBike Pro X for more customization.
It has a powerful steel frame that delivers reliable support and balance for any workout, further assisted by reinforced steel pedals, sealed cartridge bearings in every pivot (20 total), and hydraulically pressed ISIS-drive connections. The Pro X has a whisper-quiet performance with its dual belt drive that effectively reroutes the power generated by your peddling directly into the machine while confining overall noise output. The cogged belt in the first stage of the drivetrain helps eradicate slipping, while the poly-v belt in the second stage produces a smoother ride and feel. Assault has extended the Pro X’s front stabilizer width to 23” for a secure and safe platform when you push the intensity hard.
Pro X’s high-contrast LCD display includes instant, multi-faceted monitor feedback with more custom programming options and conducive Bluetooth and ANT connectivity. You can simultaneously track their heart rate, RPM, speed, time, distance, and calories burned while also setting up exhilarating new HIIT interval training programs. Aside from getting the effects of a good workout, you’ll also be able to catch the science behind it in real time. The console also includes a convenient bottle and smartphone holders. The AssaultBike Pro ships with all you need for a quick, one-and-done assembly. This includes an instruction manual with clear-cut guidelines to get you up and running.
