The Nike Metcon 8 AMP is part of the AMP line of shoes showing cosmetic/style upgrades but not performance improvements—it is still the same as Metcon 8. It is a sharp-looking shoe for cross-training designed for all types of athletes. This shoe is capable of doing different workouts, from HIIT to cardio and softer sessions, and its broad adaptability makes it one of the most prevalent cross-trainers. With a superior grip all the time, the Nike Metcon 8 AMP is known to provide firm and durable stability.
The grippy rubber wraps around your arch during intense rope climbs, while the rubber tread gives you traction and helps you stay on your feet when transitioning from the training room floor to the pavement. The Metcon 8 AMP has a lighter mesh than the earlier version, which enhances breathability without sacrificing durability or protection. This improvement allows you to dominate all your sessions as it gives you confidence in cardio exercises and weightlifting.
