Weight Stack Slingers for Rogue Power Racks – Overview
Using weight stack slingers allows you to target a specific muscle or muscle group, making this perfect for anyone who wants to concentrate on a particular area to tone and build muscle. It also decreases the error and helps you feel more comfortable and confident because it has a restricted number of exercises that you can perform. Even if you are a beginner, you can quickly learn to use it because it is uncomplicated.
Weight stack slingers also lessen the chances of injury to a great degree. Lifting weights need a spotter to make it safe, but with weight stack slingers, you will no longer need one, and all you will ever need is to move the pin to add more weight. Here are some great options from Rogue that can provide the training benefits of a standard Lat Pulldown Machine with better space and cost-efficiency.
SLML-6 Monster Lite Weight Stack Slinger
With the SLML-6 Monster Lite Weight Stack Slinger, your rack can remain positioned near/against a gym wall. At the same time, the weight stack can sit in the 24” back portion of the rack, and you can still train in the front of the rack. The SLML-6 Slinger can be installed ONLY on Rogue Monster Lite units by using the included pair of laser-cut and formed, ¼” thick steel Slinger Mounting Plates, that feature a quality Signature Texture Black Powdercoat finish and Rogue branding.
The standard crossmembers on older Monster Lite units do not contain holes on the top/bottom of the tubes, but you can add a pair of 24” ML 3.0 Crossmembers, including pre-drilled holes for the cable to pass through. Its length can extend 7″ beyond the face of the mounting upright and has a 13.25″ total height.
