The original way to add weight to your rucksack (backpack) for fitness was to tape together 2 or 3 bricks. The Brick Bag is a better option though – It’s really a miniature sand bag. How many calories does rucking burn? That’s a great question – you certainly know you are working harder when you walk for long distances with a heavily loaded backpack (rucksack) on your back.
